Mr. Jim Weld, CCIM, RPA brings to the Company his vast experience from over 27 years in the financial and real estate industries. He has managed and repositioned over 10,000,000 square feet of portfolios for national companies as well as negotiated transactions for major REITs and investor groups by providing loan workout restructuring and financial due diligence on transactions in excess of $100 million.
He has extensive experience in anchored shopping centers, industrial, office and hotel properties. He has bought and/or sold $100-$200 million of property annually for the past decade.
Jim is a member of the CCIM Institute, and has earned the CCIM designation, and a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association earning the RPA designation, Jim has appeared several time as a speaker/panelist for the International Conference of Shopping Centers and has been a member since 1987.
